This Privacy Policy explains how MS Xerox ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

1. Local File Processing (Your Files Remain Private)

MS Xerox is designed as a local printing utility. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal files.

Documents and Images: All documents, PDFs, and images you select for printing are processed entirely locally on your device.
No Cloud Storage: We do not upload your files to any external servers, and we do not have access to the content you choose to print.

2. Third-Party Advertising and Data Collection

While the core printing functionality operates locally, our App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Because of this, the App is not completely offline.

Google AdMob automatically collects certain device and usage information to provide and personalize ads. This collected data may include:

Device Information: Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID).
Network Information: IP addresses and network status.
Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the ads displayed in the App.

3. Device Permissions

To function properly, the App requires certain device permissions:

Network & Bluetooth Access: Used strictly to discover and communicate with local network (Wi-Fi) or Bluetooth printers.
Location Access: On Android, precise/coarse location permissions are required by the operating system to scan for nearby Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices (like your printer). We do not track your physical location.
File Access: We utilize secure system file pickers to allow you to select documents and images. We do not require broad storage permissions to scan your entire device.

4. Children's Privacy

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
